TERMS OF USE
By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Any new features, which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service.
UFCO Global reserves the right to change, edit and amend any terms & conditions at its discretion without any prior notice. You acknowledge and agree to these terms & conditions when using this site.
It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Shipping & Returns

STANDARD LOCAL SHIPPING


You will receive your order anytime within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends or holidays) for West Malaysia and within 7 Days for East Malaysia from the date that payment is authorised and verified, not from the date that it is placed. After the payment has been verified and authorized, it can still take up to two days to process your order so that we can review your order information, process and prepare it for shipping. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the tracking number and the courier company we've used to ship your order.

  • Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days of ordering. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
  • Please note that the delivery period is estimated. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
 
MISSING TRACKING INFORMATION


Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online / to be notifying you by email. If the tracking information does not update, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact teamufco@gmail.com so that we can assist you further.

RETURNED SHIPMENT

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to UFCO GLOBAL by the courier company, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment. Reshipment will be charged accordingly. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your shipment has been issued, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

[EXCHANGE POLICY]
  • To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if any).
  • You may only exchange for items of same value or above.
  • To initiate your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and info on the item you wish to exchange. Please get in touch with our customer service team through Instagram DM or Whatsapp .
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

[REFUNDS POLICY]
  1. Sale items, undergarments, accessories, socks, and beauty products are not eligible for return. If you are unsure about your item(s) eligibility, please email our customer service at teamufco@gmail.com. 
  2. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days upon the date parcel is issued.
  3. Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and all with original tags attached.
  4. UFCO GLOBAL will have strict quality check before dispatching the item(s). Any foul play of exchanging the item(s) with other similar item(s) on the market will be subject to legal consequences.
  5. Returned item(s) are subject to quality control. UFCO GLOBAL reserves the right to refuse a return if the item(s) show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.
  6. UFCO GLOBAL will not be responsible for any damages or loss occurred during your return shipment process.
  7. Unless a defective or wrong item(s) was sent to you, all are shipped at your own cost.
  8. Item(s) can only be returned in exchange for store credit. UFCO GLOBAL is unable to do a direct exchange as we are not able to guarantee the availability of the item/size you wish to exchange for.
  9. In the event o f cancelled orders, our refunds take 5-7 business days to process.
  10. UFCO GLOBAL does not provide a refund for all orders. All returns will be issued a store credit which can be used during your next purchase.
